Operations Office Clerk
Job Summary :
Our Northridge Yard has a current opening for an Office Clerk in our Operations Department. The ideal candidate will be reliable and a self-starting person. This is a full time position Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls
- Input receiving information into computer
- Assist with scheduling and printing will call tickets
- Assist with the RTV process
- Communicate regularly with vendors and customers.
- Reply to emails regularly
- Assist salespeople with special orders.
