Since 1884, we have been a family- and employee-owned business providing building supplies and hardware for pro contractors and DIY enthusiasts alike. Our products include lumber, tools, paint, building materials, millwork, doors, and windows. With 11 convenient store locations, we serve customers throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

- Ability to collect an A/R of $4,000,000.00 - $8,000,000.00
- Knowledge of California Lien Laws
- Experience filing Preliminary notices
- Knowledge of Mechanics Liens, Bond Claims and Stop Notices
- Cash Application
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and work well under pressure, while showing a great example of hospitality
- This position is Monday through Friday
- Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Salary Range: $41,600 - 62,400 Annually.
- Passion for hospitality
- The ability to develop strong relationships with our internal and external customers to help them be successful
- Excellent Interpersonal communication
- Basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel
