Car Sales Representative Compensation And Benefits
- Pay – Our pay structure allows you to make your own check with a commission-based pay plan, plus an hourly pay of $16.50.

- Car Sales Representative Qualifications
- People Person - a dedicated individual who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers
- Bilingual - English and Spanish.
- Driver´s License - valid with a clean record.
- Open schedule - willing to work long hours.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.
