Job Summary:
CBAT is a Acute residential services are available to individuals up to and including 18 years of age. The program offers short-term, 24/7, staff-secure, safe, and structured crisis treatment services in a community-based program that serves as a medically necessary, less-restrictive, and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial medical screening on all new clients.
- Maintain all treatment charts in order per record keeping procedures established by the Program.
- Provide health education to clients and coordinate with counselor/case manager a response to any health related issue identified or brought forth.
- Collect daily and/or sporadic health vitals (i.e. temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and urine specimens on acupuncture clients.
- Make daily entries of any pertinent client health data in the case record.
- Review all communications for notices and/or other pertinent data regarding client care.
- Become familiar with the Center’s intake procedures as from time to time a complete intake may be required to facilitate program admission.
- Triage any client complaints or concerns related to their health
- Conduct regular inventory of supplies and submit acquisition orders per procedures established by the Center for procurement.
- Monitor any physical interventions with program clients
- Administer client medications as needed
- Conduct regular audits of client medication systems as required by policy

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid MA RN License
- 1-3 Years' Experience preferred
- Current certification as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse required
