Job Title : Case Manager

Job Summary :
We're in search of a Case Manager to work within the Gndara Residential Services team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among workers and consumers. The Case Manager is accountable to the Program Director / Clinical Supervisor, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The Case Manager staff is one who actively promotes the philosophy of Gndara Center, and maintains a high level of commitment to the program.
