- 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Experience in Selenium / Java, experience
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in performance and load testing is a plus.
- Ability to write detailed test cases and defect reports.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Define and implement test automation strategy and frameworks.
- Drive functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing efforts.
- Perform a blend of manual and automated testing across UI and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded in every phase of the development lifecycle.
- Create, manage, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
- Analyze test results, log defects, and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and track reported issues to resolution.
- Share daily and weekly status reports with stakeholders.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
