Qualifications :
Experience in a web analytics role, with emphasis on the use of tagging across ecommerce / B2B platforms.
Advanced experience in delivering custom tagging / measurement in Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics configuration settings and functional options, with the ability to translate technical platform-specific knowledge to stakeholders.
Data governance knowledge and ability to create processes to accurately onboard clients to standard tracking configurations, and effectively roll out changes and innovations to our entire client user base.
You speak fluent KPI and OKR : ability to clearly articulate data-informed insights & recommendations, keeping customer and business impacts as a focus.
Prior experience in a digital agency and / or the insurance / financial / pharmaceutical / government preferred.
Experience with survey, cookie consent, and feedback platforms like Medallia, Optimizely, Tealium.
