Position Summary: Applies industrial powder coat paint to produce high quality parts on time.
Job Skills and Knowledge:
· Ability to match products to blueprints, read bills of materials and routings.
· Must be reliable, have attention to detail, and contribute positively to a team environment.
· Ability to listen effectively, follow direction, and communicate clearly with others.
Key Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Apply powder coat paint evenly to parts to ensure consistent paint finish within mill thickness tolerances.
· Verify parts are properly masked, plugged or protected per print, routing or work instruction.
· Perform color changes, blow out lines and paint guns.
· Maintain proper powder paint levels in cannisters, fill when necessary.
· Cross-train to other paint line positions.
· Clean up and properly store department supplies and maintain a neat and orderly work area.
· Keep department lead advised of concerns or issues.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
