Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Check and report product voids
. Maintain ad hoc merchandising
. Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump
. Set new stores and perform required resets
. Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering
. Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
. Assist with customer service issues or complaints
. Complete pricing surveys as required
. Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
. 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
. Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment

. Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills)
. Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals (i.e., organizational skills)
. Able to follow directions and carry out instructions

. Able to handle challenging or conflict situations with tact and professionalism
