Your Role:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models for residential projects.
- Work collaboratively with our design and construction teams to ensure design integrity and practicality.
- Utilize Chief Architect and BIM software for accurate and efficient drafting.
- Uphold design standards and comply with regulatory requirements in all drafts.
- Engage in project meetings, contributing your expertise to design discussions.
- Prepare complete construction documents for permit processing.
We Require:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on residential projects.
- Proficiency and minimum 2 years of proven experience in Chief Architect.
- An impressive portfolio that showcases your skill and experience in architectural drafting.
- A degree or certificate in Architectural Drafting, Design, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, and a knack for teamwork and detailed work.
