Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager

Responsibilities
- Recruit, Hire and Onboard SDRs
- Interview and hire new candidates
- Build upon our create training program to onboard new SDR’s
- Coach, Listen, and Lead New SDRs:
- Provide training, support, and ongoing coaching to the new SDR’s on the team to help them achieve daily activity goals and exceed targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor new SDR performance and provide regular feedback to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness.
- Call Monitoring and Message Consistency:
- Listen to gong calls made by SDRs to ensure message consistency, adherence to company guidelines, and effective prospect engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to improve call quality and increase conversion rates.
- Salesforce Account Assignment:
- Assign Salesforce accounts to SDRs daily, considering workload distribution and individual strengths.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping of account assignments within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Outreach, Drift, and Gong Best Practices:
- Monitor and analyze SDR outreach activities, including email campaigns, social media prospecting, and other lead generation efforts.
- Coach SDRs on best practices for effective outreach, leveraging Drift for chat conversations, and maximizing the benefits of Gong call analytics.
- Basic Understanding of Salesforce Reporting:
- Develop a basic understanding of Salesforce reporting functionalities to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate relevant reports.
- Utilize Salesforce data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize the SDR team's performance.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience as a successful Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Min 1 year of experience in Sales Leadership role or acceptable equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Required 3X per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Office located in Dedham, MA.
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and familiarity with reporting functionalities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a fast-paced environment.
