Key Responsibilities:
- Run pre-qualified appointments with homeowners (no cold calling).
- Accurately measure, estimate, and quote exterior renovation projects.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our superior products and services.
- Close deals and draft detailed, professional contracts.
- Provide ongoing customer relationship management during and after installation.
- Stay current with product knowledge in roofing, siding, and windows.
- Generate additional leads via referrals and satisfied customers.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred (construction, remodeling, or in-home sales ideal).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-based sales approach.
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, and window systems (training provided).
- Ability to measure, estimate, and produce accurate proposals.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:
Full-time, flexible schedule with autonomy in appointment setting. Expect some evening and weekend availability to accommodate homeowners' schedules.
