Job Summary

This role involves providing professional clinical insights to improve private sector care (PSC) and ensuring program compliance with Military Health System (MHS) standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze PSC issues and develop strategies to improve clinical care delivery.
  • Support the management of TRICARE healthcare reimbursement policies.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts for process improvements in healthcare delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required); Master’s in Healthcare Administration or MBA preferred.
  • PMP certification (required).
  • 2 years of DoD Program Management experience within the last 5 years (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MHS operations.
