Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager for housing program assisting homeless veterans obtain and maintain stable housing in the community. You will lead and oversee all Contractor staff assigned to work with veterans. The successful candidate will ensure all contract requirements are met, maintain high standards of performance, and serve as the primary point of contact for the government.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee management, transition, and quality control plans
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures
- Shall be available for 24-hour access to management personnel for purposes of clinical oversight, documentation, and crisis management.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders.
- Shall act as point of contact for COR and is responsible for disseminating information to Contractor staff. Participate in weekly administrative meetings and team huddles with the COR and VA Liason to discuss contract performance and trends.
- Provide supervision and oversight of all Contract personnel, clinical and non-clinical, licensed and unlicensed for related supportive services to Veterans ensuring quality of care (i.e. clinical supervisors, case managers, vocational counselors, certified substance abuse counselors, vocational counselors, housing specialists and peer support specialists)
- Ensure appropriate supervision of any non-clinical/non-licensed Contractor staff such as housing specialists, peer support specialists, vocational counselors, etc. Directly oversee unlicensed Contractor staff and Contractor staff gathering hours toward clinical licensure who are providing care. Assure that all unlicensed staff have clinical supervison by providing clinical supervision themself or by assigning supervision to another clinical supervisor on staff.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Social Work
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an active, current, unrestricted license
- BLS is required at time of application and must be submitted with resume to be considered for this position.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
