Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos to showcase key selling points.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and meet revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
