Description
Gappify is seeking a global-oriented, self-motivated Senior Professional Services Analyst , reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager who can take the lead on the customer product experience from post-sales to go live. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that will change the future of finance and accounting and allows you to drive real improvement in customers' accrual processes through the use of our Gappify product. The right candidate for this role will have strong technical aptitude and communication skills. We are also looking for someone highly motivated and can adapt, keep pace, and flourish in an innovative startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert guidance and training to customers through live UAT walk-through demonstrations, enabling them to effectively utilize the software's features and functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager / coordinator to guarantee that the software is configured in accordance with customer needs and contractual obligations.
- Demonstrate a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate with Enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
- Become a subject matter expert on our SaaS accrual accounting software, actively seeking deeper product understanding and staying abreast of the latest updates and enhancements.
- Efficiently manage and track multiple implementations of varying sizes concurrently, ensuring customers adopt product and industry best practices.
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of customer configurations to ensure alignment with their specific business requirements and contractual agreements.
- Oversee other professional services team members, reviewing their work, providing guidance, and delivering training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of review and validation processes, ensuring Jira tickets are closed with comprehensive notes on issues resolved and validations performed.
- Proficient in interpreting and analyzing integration flows of varying complexity within Celigo and NetSuite Saved Searches, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of data transfer and transformation processes.
- Collaborate with customers to support and troubleshoot API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between their existing systems and our SaaS accounting software.
