Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in accordance with company policies.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, ensuring timely access to documents.
- Assist in the retrieval of documents as requested by staff members.
- Input data into computerized filing systems, ensuring all entries are accurate.
- Scan and digitize physical documents for electronic storage.
- Label and categorize files according to established procedures.
- Respond to requests for information and documents from staff and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with company standards.
- Fulfill requests for file destruction and disposal following company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in filing processes.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
