The position is based out of our Indianapolis office.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in home, providing solutions to a wide variety of garage door needs
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding to prospect phone inquiries
- Providing job estimates (service, remodels, and installations)
- Verifying required materials for residential orders
- Promoting additional features and accessories, as appropriate
- Represent the company to potential and existing residential customers
- Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
- Maintain customer information updated in Service Titan
- Participate in training on the latest industry technologies
- Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs
- Establish customer rapport to educate the customer and educate customers on their options for products and services
- Be the primary point of contact through duration of the project, including home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred into Service Titan
- Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance
- Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Minimum of 3-years of sales experience in the trades
- Project management preferred
- Learn and utilize Service Titan software.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Able to endure weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
