Rise and Shine Garage Doors also has an in-house training facility where you will learn everything you need to know about our process!
Hands-on general Mechanical knowledge/experience is preferred.
Garage door Experience is not required.
Offering Paid Training if no garage door experience.

Potential Duties Include:
Going through the process with the customer.
Tear Down and Installation of Garage Doors and Openers.
Customer Service when onsite and in Customer's Homes.
Knowledge of Tools.
Maintaining an organized work space and clean up afterwards.
Being Responsible with tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Being Responsible to Follow a Driving Route.
Good Working with a Team and Also on your own.
Physical Demands:
The employee must frequently carry, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally 150 pounds with assistance. The employee will work around and with mechanical, moving and sharp objects. Employee must be comfortable/able to climb any size ladder multiple times a day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee may be requested to work extended or variable hours depending on business need.
**MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, A CLEAR BACKGROUND CHECK & PASS A DRUG TEST***
Note- you will be the one driving to and from customers homes using one of our company vehicles. You will NOT be considered If you do not have a valid driver's license or a driver's license without a clean record.
A full background and driving record check will be conducted if you are interviewed and considered for this position.

After training is completed and Once on own:
Work Van- Start and end your day at home (Company pays for gas.)
5-day work week depending on business needs. Typical work week would be M-F, 7:30am-5pm
After 90 days:
80 Hrs PTO
48 Hrs Sick Time
6 Closed, Paid Holidays and Your Birthday off with Pay
3% Simple IRA Match

Installer: (Avg. $60k-$80k annually depending on your efficiency): Base Pay of $20/hour is maintained for all Installers. Door Installs are sold for a specific amount of sold-hours based on how long the job should take an average installer to complete. If the amount of Paid Sold Hours (Pay ranges from $35-$40 per sold-hour) is greater than your gross hourly pay, the between your gross hourly pay and Paid Sold Hours will be paid in addition to your gross hourly pay.
Paid Sold Hours are paid once the job is 100% completed. It will then reflect on your paycheck for the pay period that the job was completed. Installs can range from 4-8 hours per job. Example – if you have a 4-5 hour install, you will likely have another 4-5hour install after.
The expectation in a single day is to complete up 2 doors and 2 openers on a single install or if 2 separate installs, 1 door and an opener at 1 install and a door at the 2nd Install.
