Will handle Dispatching out technician thru out the jobs
will handle customer complaints
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Provide product information and pricing details to customers
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using GPS, fleet management, and transportation planning systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
