**Responsibilities**
- Prepare flooring surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding and repairing defects.
- Mix and match epoxy resins and hardeners to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Apply epoxy coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even and smooth coverage.
- Use equipment safely, including power washers, grinders, and other tools.
- Inspect finished work for quality, addressing any imperfections or air bubbles.
- Collaborate with a team on larger projects and provide guidance to junior - installers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Adherence to company policies
**Requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience as an epoxy installer or in a related field.
- Familiarity with different types of epoxy materials and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
