What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Installer position at Garage Force?
Duties:
- Crew member for the Garage Force of Rochester franchise location
-Assist with the preparation of construction sites by prepping the concrete surface to be coated
- Mix, pour, and spread coating using hand tools &/or power tools
- Apply sealants or waterproofing to protect coating surfaces
- Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials
- Operate equipment such as grinders, generators, shop blasters, small power tools
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Previous experience working with concrete or in a construction-related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in concrete work
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and practices is preferred
Job Type: Full-time (job starts April 16)
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (time and a half after 40 hours)
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (occasional overnight stays at further drive work locations)
- No nights
