Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Automotive Front Counter Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing Customer callbacks, Closing Sales and managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Automotive Front Counter Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or requests.
- Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings as needed.
- Provide administrative support to staff members, including managing correspondence and documentation.
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Tekmetric system.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Support bilingual communication with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Check Customers in and out.
- Scan Vehicle Codes.
- Walk-Around Check / Inspection with Customer.
- Receive and Dispatch Loaner Vehicles.
- Restock Coffee/Water/Snack area.
- Customer Callbacks and Business Development
- Inventory Control.
Experience
- Previous experience in an Automotive customer service role is preferred, particularly in an office or dental receptionist setting.
- Proficiency in calendar management and clerical tasks is essential.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with Tekmetric software.
- Bilingual abilities are a MUST, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
