Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, an established fast-paced, high volume Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm, located in Plainfield, NJ is seeking a full-time attorney with extensive experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Arbitration. Garges Grabler and LeBrocq has approximately 130 employees with 12 offices throughout New Jersey including Philadelphia. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented PIP to join our dynamic team. Our PIP attorney will manage the firm’s diverse range of PIP Arbitration cases, provide legal analysis while collaborating with and developing strategies with the team on work disputes and related issues.

Responsibilities
- Reviews new file assignments and approves initial pleadings, propound discovery, and develops strategy.
- Review all evidence documents and requests.
- Prepare Rule 16 Chart and itemize dates of service and CPT codes in controversy.
- Prepare briefs.
- Contact providers for certifications.
- Prepare and appear at arbitrations and review awards.
- File modifications/clarifications and discuss appeals.
- Communicate and discuss case claims with clients.
- Prepare and conduct court appearances, (Hearings, zoom meetings, conferences, and status meetings).
- Interact with clients and prepare witnesses.
- Provide legal opinions to client claims.
- Responsible for making the zoom appearances, reviewing adversary papers, making settlement offers.
- Supervises and manages two legal assistants/Paralegal and attorney.
- A Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership and in good standing with State license and Bar Association.
- Must have NJ license.
- Up to Five years Personal Injury Protection Litigation experience.
- No Fault and/or SIU experience is a plus.
- Maintain accurate case files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lexis research and Internal.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are key to working with a variety of internal and external contacts as well as for preparing reports, pleadings, and correspondence, collaborating with others, etc.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to manage a large caseload.
- Must possess ability to work well in a team setting, of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative team members.
- Comfortable traveling to various courts and offices.
- Familiarity with NJ PIP.
- Possess the ability to multitask & work with minimum supervision.
- Must experience with case management software., SmartAdvocate a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
