- Develop, review and oversee completion of site plan designs
- Attendance at local Municipal meetings/hearings including expert testimony
- Prepare project technical specifications
- Interact, support and collaborate with clientele
- Prepare cost estimates
- Monitor and manage design team activities
- Oversee administration of public bids
- Manage external coordination with regulatory agencies
- Review, evaluate, and test septic systems and soils
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of related municipal/site/civil land development experience
- Proven experience in providing expert testimony
- New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
- Pennsylvania P.E. license
- NJ CME certification
- Solid knowledge of local, county, and state current land use regulations, guidelines and standards
- Highly proficient in site grading design, stormwater management, and hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in preparing project technical specifications, cost estimates, and public bids
- Experience with external coordination with regulatory agencies
- Minimum 8-10 years of related municipal/site/civil land development experience
- Successful history of providing expert witness services
- BS in Civil Engineering
- New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
- Pennsylvania P.E. license a plus
- NJ CME certification, a plus
