Responsibilities:
- Safely climbing and inspecting roofs/attics daily for quality assurance.
- Conducting safety and quality inspections.
- Coordinating materials and work orders with the production team.
- Supervising multiple production crews from start to finish.
- Using company software for job documentation and tracking.
- Communicating progress and safety updates with customers and managers.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization at all job sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to use a ladder and safely access roofs.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing, and balancing for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and operate equipment and tools.
- Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions as needed.
- Successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and driving record check.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
- A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and follow-up capabilities.
General Information:
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- After hours and weekends may be required based on workload
