Join GardaWorld’s Customer Service Support team as a Business Intelligence Director! You’ll lead a team dedicated to providing valuable insights and supporting business decision-making. This role is crucial in driving our data-driven strategies and enhancing decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Projects : Manage projects to create reports and analyses that address key business issues.
- Collaborate : Work with various departments to identify and develop business intelligence initiatives.
- Manage Resources : Ensure your team has the tools and training needed to create effective dashboards and reports.
- Make Staffing Decisions : Allocate resources and make staffing decisions.
- Strategic Input : Provide strategic recommendations to support business goals.
- Review Performance : Develop and lead a process to review metrics and performance.
- Create KPIs : Identify business requirements for key performance indicators.
- Ad Hoc Reporting : Partner with other departments to create ad hoc reports and analyses.
- Innovate : Find opportunities to improve how we use data to increase profits.
- Govern Data : Lead the governance of digital data assets.
- Lead Initiatives : Provide strategic leadership on large cross-functional projects.
- Ensure Security : Enforce IT policies to protect data and maintain security.
