Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP SuccessFactors, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution :
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.Stakeholder Management :Collaborate with clients, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Integration and Technical Oversight :Oversee the design and execution of SAP SuccessFactors integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, third-party HR platforms).
Ensure adherence to best practices in system architecture, data migration, and API integrations.Address technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure seamless system integration.Risk and Issue Management :Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.Team Leadership :Lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and analysts.
Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.Quality Assurance and Reporting :Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation to stakeholders.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors or similar ERP systems.Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, implementation processes, and integration methods.Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.Solid technical knowledge of APIs, middleware solutions (e.g., SAP CPI, Boomi, MuleSoft), and data migration processes.Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications :
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals).Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with HR processes, compliance requirements, and global implementation challenges.J-18808-Ljbffr
