Responsibilities:
Capital Projects & Construction Management
- Leads the planning, execution, and oversight of assigned capital and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control
- Oversees the full project lifecycle, including site planning, permitting, construction, and occupancy
- Develops and implements the best practices for project management, cost control, and risk mitigation
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements for construction and facility operations
Strategic Partnerships & Financing
- Collaborates with REITs, LIHTC developers, and other financial partners to secure funding for new developments and major renovations
- Conducts due diligence, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling to support capital investments
- Builds and maintains relationships with public and private sector partners to enhance project viability and execution

Leadership & Operations
- Serves as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs, providing strategic insights and recommendations on construction and capital projects
- Oversees construction contracts, negotiations, and vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes
- Supports facility maintenance initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability Ensures a safe working environment across all facilities and project sites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Real Estate Development, Engineering, or related experience required
- 10 years of leadership experience in construction management, real estate development, or capital projects
- Experience with REIT structures, LIHTC financing, and public-private partnerships
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and/or financial experience with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software
- Experience with financial modeling and contract negotiation tools
