Salary Range: $25.96 - $26.44 Hourly
Description
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily face-to-face outreach to established and new referral sources
- Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources, nursing homes and rehabs, senior apartments, hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, chambers, churches, and other appropriate referral sources
- Must be able to generate referrals from professional sources quickly
- Create and carry out marketing plans to meet monthly and quarterly outreach goals
- Ability to work independently and be a contributing member of the sales team
- Assist with on-site sales calls, tours, and events as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with driving record in good standing per insurance vendor
- Sales, marketing, or community outreach experience required
- Assisted Living sales experience preferred
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
