What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relationship Manager, Cash Automation Sales position at GardaWorld Cash?
JOB SUMMARY: The Relationship Manager serves as a support person reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Client Relations, Cash Logistics. Their primary focus is to proactively develop and foster a positive business relationship between Garda and a given number of assigned customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the assigned Accounts. This could include but is not limited to submitting requests to open/close stores, gather missed stop data, tracking and reporting Cash Vault data, etc.
Reporting - Proactively uncover service issues and push to the branches to gain commitment. Also, provide reports with updates to the clients.
Tickets - Reactively addressing client issues by pushing them to the branches and following up until resolved.
Participating on Daily, Weekly, or Monthly review calls
Preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations
Creating and enforcing plans that will help meet the needs of customers.
Building long-term relationships with clients and customers.
Working quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
Notifying the Sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Encouraging high sales and good customer service practices.
Helping to promote and maintain a positive company image
Performing other duties as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must meet the company's hiring criteria. Extensive pre-employment background checks are required. Drug tests and other testing may be required.
Background in Cash Vault Services (CVS) or related experience is preferred
Minimum two years of customer service experience is preferred
Skilled in being intuitive to customers needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
Ability to work well with others and lead a team
Comfortable working with math and numbers
Must have good attention to detail and be well organized
Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time.
