Who is GardaWorld?
GardaWorld Security is hiring an Account Manager in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the security team of an assigned account. Your routine duties will include personnel management, client relations, training and development, payroll, and scheduling, and problem-solving. You will have clearly outlined expectations to meet and exceed both operationally and financially.
JOB DESCRIPTION
General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the assigned client and their employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.
Meet regularly with the client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction.
Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of security staff assigned to the account.
Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy.
Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned accounts.
Respond quickly to critical situations, including emergencies that fall outside of business hours.
Provide written and verbal reports to both the client and GardaWorld leadership, as needed.
Knowledgeably enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
General Qualifications to work as an Account Manager at GardaWorld include:
At least 21 years of age.
Must hold an associate degree or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years of progressive management or leadership experience in the contract security industry.
Must be able to pass an extensive pre-employment screening process.
