At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Marion, AR:

Starting Compensation: $20.00 / hour

Shifts:
Thursday - Monday: 7am - 3pm (40 hours / week, full-time)
Wednesday - Sunday: 11pm - 7am (40 hours / week, full-time)

Position Type: Full-Time

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Access control responsibilities
• Badge checking responsibilities
• Direct visitors
• Monitor security cameras

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to pass an extensive screening process
• MUST have 6 months prior Military or Law Enforcement Security experience
• MUST have your own security equipment (weapon, ammunition and duty belt.)
• MUST be 21 years old or older
• Have a armed security license or ability to obtain one if required.
• Valid form of ID (driver's license, social security or birth certificate.)
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
