As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
- Respond quickly to critical situations.
- You provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests. You would also screen people upon exiting.
- You provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
- You will be providing appropriate badges at the facility.
- You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
- You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
- You are proficient in working with electronics.
- You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.
- You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less.
Qualifications for Response Security Guard:
- You can stand or walk for long periods of time.
- You are able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
- You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- You have at least 1 year security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
- You have a valid PILB in hand.
- You have a HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
- You have, or can obtain, within 2 weeks a certification in CPR/AED.
- You can pass an extensive screening process.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
