Pay: $21.60 / hour

Shift:
Monday Through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (40 hours Full time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Manage security staff
• Manage employee schedules.
• interviewing and hiring potential new hire candidates.
• Coordinate with the client to make sure that all of their needs are met.
• Ensure that all logs and paperwork are properly filled out and filed.
• Ensure all staff is following the rules, regulations, and instructions of GARDAWORLD and the client.

General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account.
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in the assigned account.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience.
• Prior Security experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong situational awareness.
• Must be avaible to work holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.
