At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Fort Dodge, Iowa
Pay: $16.61 / hour
- Includes insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay, paid training, uniforms provided, 401k and more!
Shift: Thursday to Sunday: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. (32 hours Full time)
About the job:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Aiding staff and visitors by checking and issuing badges as well as patrols around the facility
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- You have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a MVR check.
- Strong customer service experience/skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Iowa state professional security license (GARDAWORLD will help to obtain if needed).
- You’re able to pass an extensive screening process.
Salary : $17
