JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to client(s) and their visitors
- Become proficient at all assigned posts on site
- Respond to critical situations quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Must have open availability to pick up open shifts due to call offs - including weekends and overnights
- Must have valid Driver's License
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Have an active Oklahoma CLEET license OR the ability to obtain one
- Pass an extensive screening process
