As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor/Account Manager
- Excellent customer service is always a top priority.
- You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Work outside/inside environments
- Maintaining a master roll depicting a precise number of operational staff in the account
- Processing and co-coordinating all forms of leave for staff under your supervision.
- Attending to clients’ problems on a day-to-day basis.
- Conveying our mission and organizational value to the staff
- Conducting security surveys on prospective security needs of the property
- Reporting activities and performance of quick reaction force within the division.
- Posting security guards and reporting security contract cancellations on time to management.
- Instilling an acceptable level of discipline among operations staff to meet the company’s standards.
- Monitoring costs and overheads to ensure they match income from the account

Qualifications requirements: - You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a state security license or the ability to obtain one
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
- Computer Skills/ Social Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry)
- Must have served for at least 3 years in a reputable security firm in a similar capacity.
- Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure
- Preferred WinTeam experience but not required
