The Security Manager of Special Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of security projects and initiatives across multiple sites. This role is heavily administrative and involves close collaboration with the Account Manager to ensure the successful delivery of security services. The Security Manager of Special Operations will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

- Oversee security operations with multiple sites.
- Working with vendors, employees, maintenance, etc.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
- Assists with Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Work cross-functionally with National Account and local branch team to align on upcoming events, special visitors and/or special projects
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Provide access control to facility
- Observe and report activities at an assigned site
- Enforce procedure, regulation, and standards of client
- Other duties as assigned by GardaWorld and client contract requirements
- Travel as needed (50%)

- At least, 5 years of security management or other relevant experience.
- Must have experience in the security industry within banking.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass an extensive screening process.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
