At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Corpus Christi, Texas:
Compensation: $22.00/hour
Shift: 8am- 2pm Monday - Friday **Must have open availability to include all shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends. ** Previous Account Manager experience requested. **
About the job:
- Excellent customer service is always top priority
- Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
- Read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the workflow of your employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks
- Assessing the work performance of your employees and identifying areas that need improvement
- Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
- Training new hires to make sure they understand their roles
- Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision
- Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to complete and pass an extensive screening process
- At Least 1 year previous supervisor experience
- If you have Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced leadership and team management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- You have a state security license or ability to obtain one
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Valid driver's license with good driving history
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
- Availability to work overtime hours and holidays
