Pay: $21.60 / hour

Monday Through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (40 hours Full time)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Manage security staff
- Manage employee schedules.
- interviewing and hiring potential new hire candidates.
- Coordinate with the client to make sure that all of their needs are met.
- Ensure that all logs and paperwork are properly filled out and filed.
- Ensure all staff is following the rules, regulations, and instructions of GARDAWORLD and the client.
General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.
- Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in the assigned account.
- Respond quickly to critical situations.
- Ability to read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience.
- Prior Security experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong situational awareness.
- Must be avaible to work holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.
