Cashier Server- Food Service / Restaurant Responsibilities :
- Greet every customer who enters the restaurant or calls on the phone with a smile and warm greeting
- Take their order and enter it into the Point of Sale system
- Answer customer questions, suggestively upsell menu items, and address concerns with kindness
- Count and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
- Pack the order once it is prepared by the kitchen with all sauces, drinks, and sides
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a great customer experience every time.
