Prep Fry Cook- Food Service / Restaurant Responsibilities :
- Cut multiple cases of raw chicken into nuggets according to our size specifications
- Batter, fry, and temp check nuggets while cooking to ensure the perfect nugget according to our specifications.
- Clean and filter the fryers daily, monitor and refill oil as needed, and report maintenance issues to managers.
- Cook the quantity of nuggets designated on the prep sheet and clean the kitchen line before service starts.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth shift, every shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following sanitation standards and safety regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
