In order to best serve our guests we have a portfolio of elegant facilities, such as Mynd Spa and Salon, and Arrangement Bar by Andrew Scott.
Our property also boasts Red Salt Room, King Bar, The Rose Room Underground Lounge and The Patio Bar, all inspired by Chef David Burke. Located in the heart of Garden City, the Hotel is a stone’s throw away from Manhattan, only 15 miles by car or 45 minutes by Long Island Railroad.
We currently have a career opportunity available for an experienced
Overnight Guest Service Attendant
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently;
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all guest requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information.
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through Hotsos,
- Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features and drive, park and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel.
- You will work with the manager on duty and control the night shift.
- This is a full time position that requires flexibility with scheduling including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays
- Cash handling experience is a must
- Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills are required
- Hotel experience preferred
