JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide social work services as indicated by resident/family needs
Assure all documentation complies with regulations
Provide consultation to residents, families and staff as requested
Assist residents with financial planning as needed
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2 years long term care experience (Required)
