Garden Center Greenhouse Plant Sales Associate

We are currently searching for Garden Center Plant Sales Associates who will assist customers in determining and choosing their products. If you love working with plants alongside a fun, hard-working and dedicated team, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior and professional customer service by creating a friendly, welcoming environment
• Sales of our products and services
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Garden Center
• Aid Garden Center Manager in receiving and stocking of inventory
• Anticipate customer needs and willingly help the customer by making plant selections, planting up their containers, getting a cart, carrying product, etc.
• Trimming and maintaining Products, Restocking the Store

Requirements

• Knowledge of plants and/or landscaping- Basics, we can teach you more in-depth
• Ability to work in an indoor/outdoor environment
• Exceptional sales and customer service ability
• Communicate and work with other associates and customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Maintain a positive attitude

Position Details:

• Full Time Seasonal or Part Time Seasonal (March through November)
• Hours: Flexible in spring, summer and fall, with heavier hours in April, May, and June. Some weekends and evening hours required
