Activities Aide
SHIFT: Part-Time
4 days per week (18 hours total) 12 PM - 4:30 PM
OR
5 days per week, including every Saturday 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM (23 hours per week total)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Activity Aide assists the Activity Director in developing and implementing planned monthly activities and daily activity schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Activities Director in carrying out the activity programs for the residents, families, and public
- Maintain activity records on the residents
- Transport residents to and from various activities'
- Assist in creating and implementing a variety of activities that create an energetic atmosphere for our residents
- Greet family and guests as they enter the facility for planned events
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid and clean driver's license required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
