Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Provide compassionate support to residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license in New York State.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
- A commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.
