Applicants should be fluent in Vietnamese reading, writing, and speaking. Must be an excellent language model in both Vietnamese and English. Have an understanding of culture and history of Vietnamese-speaking people and countries. Will involve parents and community members in student learning.

Comments and Other Information
The majority of the interview will be held in Vietnamese. All applicants will be required to engage in a writing activity in Vietnamese.
