What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Technician position at Garden Healthcare?
Manatawny Manor is now seeking a full-time Floor Tech with experince in stripping and waxing floors . The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance in a building. One year experience required!
Responsibilities of Floor Specialist:
- Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Floor Specialist:
- One Year of Maintenance Experience
- Skills in stripping , waxing and buffing flooors
- Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety
- Valid driver's license
